Where Do I Check-In?
Our condo unit is managed by the onsite management company, and thus you will check in at the front desk upon your arrival. A confirmation number is handy, but not required.
When is the maid service?
There is no daily maid service. If you need fresh linens please call the front desk.
Where is the garbage dump?
There is a trash closet/chute out the front door and approximately 100 feet to the left.
What time does the Majestic Market open?
Hours are 7am to 7pm. Features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items and snacks and souvenirs.
Where do I park?
You may park in the garage across the street from the towers.

Where is the movie theatre and when are the showings?
The movies are shown on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30. Theatre is located adjacent to the parking garage.
Where can I play tennis?
The majestic resort does not have onsite tennis courts available.
Where is the health club and spa?
Hours of operation are 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 PM daily.
