Half of Total Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Remaining Balance is due 15 days prior to check-in.

Cancellations/changes made up to 14 days until check in day will be charged a $49 processing fee.
Cancellations/changes less than 14 days proir to check in day will be charged $199.
